The Warrior Flow Foundation was a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization founded to ignite social change by bringing trauma-informed yoga, mindfulness, sound therapy and art expression programs to places where they are most needed, including hospitals, shelters, schools, police stations, hospice settings and more.

As part of the team that created this nonprofit I served as its VP and Executive Director. I oversaw all aspects of organizational development including programming, volunteers, fundraising, board of directors, reporting, finances and marketing.

We launched successful programs and partnerships serving organizations like Mount Sinai Hospital, Miami Beach Police Department, Camillus House, Lotus House, Jackson Memorial Health System, and more.
